Tendencias en Usabilidad y Accesibilidad: Un Análisis Bibliométrico

La usabilidad y accesibilidad se han convertido en pilares esenciales en el desarrollo de software, ya que ambos factores son claves para ofrecer una experiencia de usuario óptima, facilitando una interacción eficiente y efectiva entre las personas y los sistemas tecnológicos. Reconocer la evolución de estos aspectos y su creciente relevancia es crucial para maximizar sus beneficios, lo que a su vez impacta positivamente en la calidad de los productos software. En este sentido, el estudio mostrado en este artículo, llevó a cabo un análisis bibliométrico utilizando la herramienta Bibliometrix, cuyo objetivo fue explorar las tendencias actuales de investigación en la evaluación de la usabilidad y accesibilidad en productos software. Los resultados del análisis revelan un crecimiento anual en las publicaciones científicas relacionadas del 3,1% entre el año 1988 y 2024, lo que refleja el interés sostenido y en aumento de la comunidad investigadora en estos temas. De igual forma, el análisis ofrece una visión general del estado actual en este campo, resaltando nuevas tecnologías, tendencias emergentes, redes de colaboración, investigaciones recientes y nuevas oportunidades para desarrollar investigaciones centradas en la usabilidad y la accesibilidad, como se evidencia a lo largo de este artículo.
