PlanTEA 3.0: Una Aplicación para la Planificación, Anticipación y Comunicación para Personas con TEA

En las personas con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA), las habilidades relacionadas con la planificación y la flexibilidad mental suelen estar alteradas. Por tanto, contar con aplicaciones que les permita anticipar situaciones cotidianas e inevitables, como la asistencia a una cita médica, puede ser de gran utilidad para que puedan enfrentarse a estas actividades con un menor nivel de estrés y ansiedad. En este artículo se describen las nuevas funcionalidades incorporadas en la aplicación PlanTEA, una app para dispositivos tipo tablet que permite a los niños con TEA y a sus familiares o cuidadores preparar la asistencia a consultas médicas. Los nuevos requisitos soportados por la aplicación son el resultado de una primera evaluación y han permitido obtener la última versión de esta (PlanTEA 3.0).
