Empatía Percibida en Interacciones Humano-Agente: Comparación de Instrumentos y Desarrollo del Cuestionario CEPRS

La empatía percibida en las interacciones con agentes computacionales es un tema emergente y de gran importancia en la Interacción Persona-Ordenador (IPO). Este estudio presenta un análisis comparativo de los instrumentos existentes para medir la empatía percibida en agentes computacionales y, a partir de las limitaciones detectadas, propone un nuevo cuestionario adaptado a la interacción con adultos mayores. Al evaluar los fundamentos teóricos, la adaptabilidad y los procesos de validación de las herramientas revisadas, el artículo identifica fortalezas y debilidades clave, especialmente en relación con la evaluación de señales multimodales y la naturaleza dinámica de la interacción. Además, se destaca la necesidad de instrumentos accesibles y sensibles al contexto emocional y comunicativo de distintos grupos de usuarios, especialmente los adultos mayores. Los hallazgos respaldan el desarrollo de enfoques de medición más inclusivos y específicos, con el fin de fomentar interacciones Humano-Agente más efectivas, significativas y confiables.
